Agnes married Sir William LAUDER of Haltoun, son of Sir George LAUDER of Haltoun and Catherine SOMERVILLE, by January 1512(1513) (procutory of resignation).¹ (Sir William LAUDER of Haltoun was born about 1482 and died before 20 December 1542.)

"In the archives is a Procuratory of Resignation by Sir George Lauder of Haltoun, knight, appointing Sir Alexander Lauder of Blyth and others to make resignation for him in the King's hands of his lands, dated 7th January 1512/3, including the lands of Over and Nether Kidstoun, Easter and Wester Wormistoun and the hill called the Grene Meldoun, with the mills and pertinents thereof, and that for new infeftment thereof to be given to [this] William Lauder, his son and heir apparent, and Agnes Hendersoun, his spouse, except the forty acres of the lands in which they are already infeft, dated at Edinburgh.
