Colin married Mariote CAMPBELL.1 (Mariote CAMPBELL was born about 1358.)

  Marriage Notes:

"Sir Colin Campbell of Lochawe, is styled son and heir of Gillespick Campbell of Lochawe in a charter to his father by Christina, daughter and heiress of Dugald of Craignish, of part of the barony previously belonging to Alexander MacNaughtane, dated 16 August 1361. He had a further charter from this Christina for the lands of Craignish, dated 11 November 1361 and had succeeded his father by 13 January 1393-94, when he had a charter from Duncan Campbell of Ederline for the lands Innernyden, in the barony of Strachur, then on 20 June 1404, he had a charter under the Great Seal of King Robert II. for lands in Cowal, which had belonged to John Stewart of Ardgowan.

He is said to have been twice married; firstly, to Margaret, daughter of Sir John Drummond, but Viscount Strathallan's assertions aside, there is no proof for that. He certainly married Mariote, daughter of 'MacCoul Campbell' who is styled mother to Sir Duncan Campbell in a donation made by him to the parish church of Dunoon, dated 12 March 1439-40 and in July 1362, he had a Dispensation to marry a Katheirne de Lorne."
