Isobel married Sir Matthew CAMPBELL 10th of Loudoun, Sheriff of Ayr, son of Sir Hugh CAMPBELL 9th of Loudoun, Sheriff of Ayr and Margaret STEWART, 25 September 1546(charter).¹ (Sir Matthew CAMPBELL 10th of Loudoun, Sheriff of Ayr was born about 1534 and died in April 1594.)

"He (Matthew Campbell) married Isobel, daughter of Sir John Drummond of Innerpeffrey. She had a charter of the lands of Crag and others in the barony of Martnayme from Hugh Campbell of Loudoun 25 September 1546, and of the lands of Newmylls on same date. He had issue"

"Sir Matthew Campbell of Loudoun, who, when heir apparent, had a gift on 2 May 1548, of the nonentries of the lands of Raith, in the barony of Loudoun, since the death of his great-great-gerat grandfather, Sir George Campbell. He succeeded his father in 1561 and m. Isobel, daughter of Sir John Drummond, 2nd of Innerpeffray. He d. in April of 1594"
