He died 6 September 1640, aged sixty-three, without issue, survived by his wife, Juliana (Egidia), second daughter of Sir Hugh Campbell of Loudoun (contract 1594), and was buried in the chapel of Finlarig. He was succeeded by his younger brother : - Sir Robert Campbell." |
