Robert married Margaret MONTGOMERIE, daughter of Hugh MONTGOMERIE Lord Montgomerie, 3rd Earl of Eglinton and Agnes DRUMMOND, 10 April 1582(contract).¹ (Margaret MONTGOMERIE was born about 1565 and died on 9 April 1624 ¹.)
