In the Irish RC Baptism Records the mother's maiden surname is usually recorded along with the father's, rather than her married name, so it is entirely possible McConvill was the maiden surname as well as the married name of Nancy McConvill, since this is what she is called in the registers.

That being so, the DNA Link cited as being through her husband Peter may also be through Nancy. It may be through both, or exclusively through only one, depending on their family relationship circumstances. ^{2 3}

Nancy married Peter McCONVILL (DNA Link), son of Unknown McCONVILLE (DNA Link) and Unknown. (Peter McCONVILL (DNA Link) was born about 1795 and died in 1868 in Newry district, County Down, Ireland ⁴.)
