Note: If the date of his parents' marriage is correct, and if he was born after the marriage, then "aged 92" is an overestimate for his age at death. It would suggest his birth took place between July 1838 and July 1839. This is not an unusual phenomenon. Memorials in graveyards can be inaccurate, for a variety of reasons. ^{1 2}
