"Henry was precentor of Aberdeen, occurring on 22 January 1277, and served in that office until 17 June 1282, when a mandate was issued for his consecration as bishop of Aberdeen, following the death of Hugh de Benholm. He died 11 November 1328 11 June 1329. Henry's family had significant landholdings in North-east Scotland and were closely allied to the Comyn family."
