Isabella married William NISBET, son of William NISBET and Margaret CALDWELL, on 6 May 1921 in Charteris Memorial Church, Edinburgh, Scotland.¹ (William NISBET was born on 21 March 1894 in 112 Nicolson Street, Newington, Edinburgh, Scotland ^{5 7 8 9 10} and died on 11 May 1981 in 14 Loganlea Avenue, Edinburgh, Scotland ^{2 7}.). The cause of his death was coronary thrombosis and arteriosclerosis.³

The marriage was celebrated according to the forms of the Established Church of Scotland. George Campbell M.A. of Charteris Memorial Church married the couple. The witnesses were John Bogg and Catherine Dickson Bruce.

William Nisbet was a bachelor aged 27 years. He was a locomotive stoker, and a Private in the 1st Cameron Highlanders. His residence was 171 Causewayside, Edinburgh. His father was deceased.
