General Notes:
"John Grant of Dalrachnie,who succeeded. He obtained, in 1706, from the Laird of Grant, a wadset of Wester Duthil. Beananach, and Inchlum, redeemable for 4466 merks. In 1720 he was a bailie of the Regality of Grant, and is also said to have been bailie of the Regality of Gordon. In 1733 he obtained a charter of parts of the barony of Corriemony. He died in 1735."
