  Marriage Notes:

Allan Grant married and his son was John Grant in Auchasnick, Inverallan, Strathspey. As grandson of Patrick Grant of Tullochgorm, he was, on 25th July, 1726, retoured heir-general to his uncle John Grant. He married Annie, daughter of Baillie of Dunean, with issue: William Grant in Forringin, in Duthil & Captain James Grant, Ballintomb, married first, to Charlotte, daughter of Mr Urquhart, then of Burdsyard; and secondly, to Grace, daughter of Mr Grant of Clury, with issue, two sons and a daughter."
