Marriage Notes: "GORDON John next married Jane MACPHERSON in 1858 in Glenmuick, Tullich and Glengairn parish, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.2 (Jane MACPHERSON was baptised on 28 August 1838 in Huntly parish, Aberdeenshire, Scotland 7.) Marriage Notes: "He (John, the other son, was a General in the Royal Engineers) was twice married - first, to a daughter of Rev. Dr. Skene Ogilvy, Minister of Old Machar; and, secondly, to Jane, daughter of Andrew Macpherson, Gibston, Huntly." |
