Other names for Andrew were LAUDER, Andrew,1 LAUDER, Androw 1 and LAWDER, Androw.1 General Notes: No baptism record in the established Church of Scotland records has been found for a son of Andrew Lauder of Melville Mill who was also named Andrew, although George Lawder is recorded in his marriage of 1689 as being the son of Andrew Lawder of Melvil Mill. The unnamed baptism in 1620 is listed in the index as female, and this has still to be checked. 3 Andrew married Catherene BELL, daughter of Johne BELL and Alisoun WATSOUN, on 8 June 1648 in Lasswade Parish, Midlothian, Scotland.1 (Catherene BELL was baptised on 8 August 1622 in St Cuthbert's Parish, Edinburgh, Scotland 4.) |
