George married Henrietta GORDON, daughter of George GORDON 7th Earl, 2nd Marquis of Huntly, Earl of Enzie and Viscount Aboyne and Anne CAMPBELL, 25 March and 9 and 19 October 1639 (contract).1 (Henrietta GORDON was born about 1619 and died in June 1561 2.)

"Henrietta (Gordon), married (contract 25 March and 9 and 19 October 1639 ) to George, Lord Seton, eldest son of George (Seton), third Earl of Winton. He died v. p. 4 June 1648, and she was married, secondly, in the following year, to John (Stewart), afterwards second Earl of Traquair."

"George (Seton), styled Lord Seton, born 15 May 1613. He served with the Royalist force under Montrose, was taken prisoner at Philiphaugh 13 September 1645, and confined in the Castle of St. Andrews until ransomed. He died in his father's lifetime, 4 June 1648, and was buried at Seton Ohurch. He married (contract 25 March and 9 and 19 October 1639) Henrietta, second daughter of George, second Marquess of Huntly. She survived her husband, and was married secondly, in 1649, as his first wife, to John Stewart, afterwards second Earl of Traquair. She died in June 1651."
