PARENTAGE
Although Bulloch names this woman as the wife of Alexander Gordon, he does not name her parents but the link to the Innes family and the marriage into the family of a later Marjorie Geddes strongly points to it:
"The probabilities are that she was the sister of Andrew Geddes of Essill and James Geddes of Auchinreath." 1
Marjorie married Alexander GORDON of Dipple, Salterhill and Kinneddar, son of James GORDON of Mosstowie and Unknown, by 6 July 1626.1 (Alexander GORDON of Dipple, Salterhill and Kinneddar was born about 1590 and died by October 1649 1.)
