Arrears of Rent. Decree Arbitral. Alexr. Lumisden, Fiar of Tillicarne v. David Straquhan in Tillibrek. The parties had come into court on a former occasion, when the amount in dispute had been referred to Mr. Wm. Davidsone of Carny and Mr. Matthew Lumisden, burgess of Abd. The present decree was obtained for the purpose of enforcing their Decree Arbitral, dated 26 June, 1641, by which the Defender had been found liable in 40 merks."
