  General Notes:

Elizabeth was recorded by the 1881 census living with her husband William at 5 Isles Street Loudoun Ayrshire. At 74 years she was the same age as her husband and was noted as being a cotton weaver's wife. She had been born at Newmilns.

In 1898 when Elizabeth Miller died, she was recorded as the widow of William Miller, muslim weaver. Her age was noted as 88 years, and her father was deceased. No mother's name was recorded.

Matthew Miller, son of the deceased, of 21 Albert Buildings Hamilton, was the informant. Mr Miller, who had been present where the death occurred, made his X mark before John Muir, registrar, at Newmilns on 28 June 1898.

Elizabeth married William MILLAR, son of William MILLER and Jean KENNEDY, on 15 February 1829 in Galston, Ayrshire, Scotland. (William MILLAR was born in 1806 in Ayr, Ayrshire, Scotland and died on 1 July 1888 in Isles Street, Newmilns, Ayrshire, Scotland.). The cause of his death was apoplexy over 1 month.
