"Lilias (Drummond), married, as his second wife (see Note below), at Charlton, Kent, 3 June 1643, to James, Lord Murray of Gask, eldest son of Patrick, Lord Tullibardine. She died before her husband, who married, secondly, another Lilias Drummond, the daughter of Sir James Drummond of Machany."

from Scots Peerage (vol 7)

Note:

"as his second wife"
Elsewhere, in volume 8 pages 414 and 415, The Scots Peerage names Lilias, daughter of John, 2nd Earl of Perth. as the first wife of James Murray, and his second wife as his cousin Anne Murray. Lilias, daughter of Sir James Drummond of Machany is listed as his third wife. This order is more chronologically consistent.

"The Earl (of Tullibardine, James Murray) died in January 1670 at Tullibardine, leaving no issue, whereupon his titles and Tullibardine estates reverted to his kinsman John, second (Murray) Earl of Atholl. He married three times, first, 3 June 1643, at Charlton, Kent, Lilias Drummond, second daughter of John, second Earl of Perth, for eight years in the service of the Princess Royal in Holland; and by her, who died in 1664, had issue" (pages 414 and 415)
