Henry married Jean GORDON, daughter of John GORDON in Drumfergue, Jacobite 1745, progenitor of Gordons of Coynachie & Culdrain and Elizabeth GORDON.¹ (Jean GORDON was baptised in January 1744 in Gartly parish, Aberdeenshire, Scotland ² and died on 5 April 1796 ¹.)

Harry or Henry Gordon was obviously not a Jacobite like his brother and father, and although it does not mention Terpersie this is the numbered entry pointed in the Gordons Under Arms entry for Charles Gordon 6th of Terpersie, Henry's father.. ¹
