Elizabeth next married John McGONIGAL Housepainter, son of Daniel McGONIGAL Housepainter & Army pensioner and Elizabeth McGOWAN, on 15 Jul 1881 in St Patrick's RC Church, Anderston, Glasgow.^{2 3} (John McGONIGAL Housepainter was born in 1861 in Ireland,^{8 9 10} died on 23 Aug 1901 in 53 Clyde Street, Anderston, Glasgow, Scotland ^{2 3} and was buried on 25 Aug 1901 in St Kentigern's Cemetery, Glasgow ^{2 3}.)

  Marriage Notes:

John lived at 63 Clyde Street before his marriage. The couple were married by Father James Conaghan before James McKinney and Minnie Davies, witnesses. ^{2 3}

Elizabeth next married Margaret PORTER.⁴ (Margaret PORTER was born about 1810 in Ireland ¹¹.)

"Between 1627-1636, Sir John Campbell took a 2nd wife, Dame Elizabeth Douglas, daughter of William, Earl of Angus whose brother was created 1st Marqis of Douglas - she was granted a contract for maintenance in 1636, money for her and two daughters. She was still alive in 1641, but dead before the end fo 1642."
