  General Notes:

Charles Edward's mother was the informant of his birth before the registrar on 7 September 1877 at Sydney. The witnesses were Dr Gillcooley and Mrs Stewart.

Charles married Margaret Mary SHANNON on 16 May 1900 in St Bede's RC Church, Pyrmont, Sydney, Australia.¹ (Margaret Mary SHANNON was born about 1880.)

Charles next married Margaret Mary SHANNON.² (Margaret Mary SHANNON was born about 1880.)

  Marriage Notes:

"Sir John Falconer of Balmakellie was twice married. His first wife, by whom he had one child, was Sibil sister of Sir John Ogilvy 10th. of Inverquharity and daughter of James Ogilvy, younger son of Sir John Ogilvy, 8th. of Inverquharity; she died in 1634."

"Sir John Falconer), Master of the Mint to King Charles I., probably that Sir John buried in Greyfriars 21 June 1670. He married, first, Sibil Ogilvy, who died 4 December 1634, and secondly, Esther Briot, and had issue"
