The 1841 census recorded Agness Quigley living with her parents and two brothers in Fintry Stirlingshire. Her age was in the 25-30 years age range and her birthplace was in Stirlingshire. She worked as a cotton piecer. ²

Agnes married Hugh QUIGGLEY, son of Peter QUIGGLEY and Catharine CHRISTIE.⁴ (Hugh QUIGGLEY was christened on 10 Nov 1816 in Balfron, Stirlingshire, Scotland.)
