QUIGLY, Sarah ⁴

  General Notes:

The 1851 census recorded Sarah living with her mother and three siblings, Elizabeth, Patrick and Thomas, in Glasgow. She was aged 18 years.

In 1855 a Sarah Quigly was recorded as a witness at the marriage of Peter Quigly and Mary Ann Airley. It is likely to have been this Sarah Quigly.

Sarah was 23 years and in Ireland in 1857. ^{4 5 6}

"His (John Gordon, 3rd Laird's) Son John Gordon ... Laird of Pittlurg married the Laird of Kinnairds daughter Kinnaird, with whom he begat a daughter married to Thomas Gordon son to John of Bagos sherriff Deput of Aberdeen."
