   Cause of her death was whooping cough over 1 month and 14 days and acute broncho pneumonia over 5 days.²

Sophia Smith was baptised by Father William Orr in October 1901. Annie McColl was her sponsor.

Sophia Smith was one year and four months old when she died. Her father Robert, who was present where she died, gave notice of her death the following day before the registrar at Baillieston. ^{1 2}
