  General Notes:

In 1861 Catherine, aged 9 months, was recorded living with her family in Kilmaurs parish, where she had been born.

Catherine was aged eight and a half years whn she died.

  Medical Notes:

D. Macleod MD certfied the cause of her death.

Thomas Quigley (Thomes Quigley), her brother, gave notice of Catherine's death before the registrar at Kilmarnock on January 12 1869. 3

  Marriage Notes:

"His (Thomas Gordon's) eldest son Alexander [Thomas MS 1644] Gordon married the Laird of Pittmeddens daughter Panton, with whom he begat one daughter who married James Gordon son to Cairnborrow who dwelt in Finnachty."
