Agnes was recorded as 41 years of age and her birthplace as Dryfsdale, Dumfriesshire. ²

Agnes married James QUIGLEY, son of Andrew QUIGLY and Mary BELL, on 5 January 1872 in Torthorwald, Dumfriesshire, Scotland. (James QUIGLEY was born on 1 January 1835 in Dryfesdale, Dumfriesshire, Scotland ^{2 3 4 5} and was baptised on 22 March 1835 in St Andrew's RC Church, Dumfries, Scotland ^{4 5}.)
