LYNESS, Ann Jane

   Other names for Ann were LYNAS, Ann Jane and LYNAS, Jane.

In March 1868 Richard Lynas, applying for parish relief, described his daughter "Jane" as aged 9 years.

When Ann Jane was 12 years her mother applied for poor relief, finding times hard as a widow with children.

Ann Jane's mother applied later when Ann Jane was about 41 years. She was married and living in the same property as her mother, it would seem, 'under Anderson's, Walkenshaw Street'. ^{3 4}

Ann married Richard GALLOCHER in 1899. (Richard GALLOCHER was born about 1859.)
