Bridget married Patrick FEEHILY, son of William FEEHELY and Mary BRENNAN, on 29 January 1866 in Roman Catholic Manse, Strathaven, Lanarkshire, Scotland. (Patrick FEEHILY was born in Ireland ¹, baptised on 23 March 1838 in Boyle RC Parish, County Roscommon, Ireland ² and died 30 April 1866 at 12 noon in Church Yard Street, Strathaven, Lanarkshire, Scotland ³.). The cause of his death was pneumonia over 1 week.

  Marriage Notes:

The marriage was solemnised after banns according to the rites and forms of the Roman Catholic Church. Edmund Sheedy, RC Clergyman, presided. The witnesses were Thomas Feehily, who made his X mark, and Sarah M. Doherty.

Patrick Feely, who made his X mark, was a bachelor of 24 years of age. He was an ironstone miner and resided at Church yard at Strathaven.

Bridget Early, who also made her X mark, was a domestic servant. She was unmarried and aged 20 years, and lived at the same address as Patrick. Her mother was deceased.

The marriage was registered on 31 January 1866 at Strathaven, John Barrie being the signing registrar. ¹
