Cause of his death was paralysis of 8 months duration. Other names for Joseph were QUIGHLEY, Joseph 4 and QUIGLEY, Joseph.4 General Notes: In the 1841 census Joseph was recorded living with Daniel and Margaret Quigly and family at Smith's Lane, Greenock, Renfrewshire. His occupation was noted as 'labourer'. Joseph's age was recorded in the 50-54 years age range and Rose's in the 50-54 years range. Nicholas was recorded as 10 years of age. Medical Notes: No medical attendant assisted Joseph at his death. Joseph married Mary FINIE. (Mary FINIE was born about 1790.) Joseph next married Rose WALSH on 3 July 1828 in St Andrew's RC Chapel, Great Clyde Street, Glasgow, Scotland.1 (Rose WALSH was born about 1791 and died in 1866 in Greenock, Renfrewshire, Scotland 7.)
