Another name for Robert was TWEIDIE, Robert.1 General Notes: In her application for parish relief in 1879, Robert's mother, Jane, described her son, Robert, as aged 40 years, born in Claybrae, a widower with no family (children). He worked as a slater, but had been idle. He had had only two days a week work since the Glasgow Fair. He was now (living) three weeks with the applicant. |
