General Notes: "In 1675 he received a commission to suppress robberies in the Highlands, in connection with which he is mentioned as having arbitrarily comprised a large amount of farm stock on Borlum-more, in Urquhart, without the authority of his brother Thomas, who was then Bailie of Urquhart.
