  Marriage Notes:

"Elizabeth (Sinclair), married to Sir John Drummond of Cargill. She and her husband had a charter from her father of the lands of Murthlach in the shire of Banff on his resignation, which was confirmed by King Robert III. They renounced all claim to any property belonging to the Earl in Norway so long as any heir-male should be in life to inherit the same, by renunciation dated at Roslin 13 May 1396."

"He (John Drummond) died in 1428, having married Elizabeth, daughter of Henry St. Glair, Earl of Orkney. On 13 May 1396 Sir John and his wife Elizabeth made a renunciation on behalf of themselves and their heirs in favour of Henry, Earl of Orkney 'pater noster,' in respect of claims to the Earl's lands, 'infra regnum Norvagie.' They had issue"
