Dec. 1688; dep. 18th April 1716 for complicity in the Jacobite Rising; died Jan. 1718. He marr. (1) a lady whosename has not been recorded, and had issue - John; James; Elizabeth; Anna marr. Patrick Gordon of Badrow (now Binhall) in Cairney): (2) 7th May 1700, Ann, daugh. of William Grant of Creichie."
