(E. I. Reg., 1820-33). 1834, May 30, Ens., 44th Ft. (L.G., 982); ret. (W.O. A.L., MS. note, P.R.O.). Robert married Helen MACDONALD on 14 November 1831 in Laggan, Inverness, Scotland.
