General Notes: "JOHX GORDON, second son of Alexander G. of Lesmoir, and Anne, daugh. of Alexander Forbes of Pitsligo; educated at Univ. of Edinburgh; M.A. (7th Aug. 1594); adm. before 30th Nov. 1597, when he had a manse and glebe designated; still min. 24th March 1621.
