Alexander married Barbara SINCLAIR, daughter of George SINCLAIR 4th Earl of Caithness and Elizabeth GRAHAM, after 10 September 1574.1 2 (Barbara SINCLAIR was born about 1559 and died before 25 November 1575 2.)
