Fasti Ecclesiae Scoticanae, vol. 8, Addenda and Corrigenda, names the daughter of the minister of Crathie parish who married a Farquharson as Katherine. ⁴

Agnes married James FARQUHARSON 1st of Inverey, son of Donald FARQUHARSON of Tulligarmont, Braemar and Monaltrie and Janet OGILVY.^{1 2} (James FARQUHARSON 1st of Inverey was born about 1582.)

"James (Farquharson) of Inverey married in 1626 for his second wife Agnes Fergusson, daughter to the minister of Crathy, by whom he had three sons, Lewis, James and Donald and three daughters, one married to Andrew Small and a second to John Robertson of Foulis and a third married Angus dubh MacPherson.[² Broughdearg MSS]"
