MARRIAGE

Wimberley quotes Harperfield's assertion that Agnes Gordon married Charles Gordon of Blelack. However the latter's daughters were born too early to be her daughters, and Charles Gordon died in 1698 when Agnes was about 21 years old. She is named with her parental family in 1696, according to the Poll Book, so if she did marry him it would have been between 1696 and 1698. ^{1 2}
