Another name for Arthur was DINGWALL, Arthur. General Notes: Arthur Dingwall-Fordyce bought Arthur's Seat, Aberdeen, in the early 1800s. The house and garden were sold to Mrs Duthie of Ruthrieston, and became Duthie Park. Arthur married Janet MORRISON, daughter of James MORRISON of Elsick, Provost of Aberdeen and Unknown, on 11 July 1770.1 (Janet MORRISON was born about 1750 and died on 15 July 1831 2.) |
