Elisabeth married John LYON 2nd Earl of Kinghorne, son of Patrick LYON 9th Lord Glamis, Earl of Kinghorne and Anna MURRAY, after November 1640.^{1 2} (John LYON 2nd Earl of Kinghorne was born on 13 August 1596 ³ and died on 12 May 1646 in St Andrews, Fife, Scotland ³.). The cause of his death was plague.

Elisabeth next married George LIVINGSTON 3rd Earl of Linlithgow, son of Alexander LIVINGSTON 2nd Earl of Linlithgow, Admiral of the Scottish Fleet and Elizabeth GORDON, on 30 July 1650.^{1 2} (George LIVINGSTON 3rd Earl of Linlithgow was born in July 1616,¹ died on 1 February 1690 ^{1 2} and was buried in 1690 in Linlithgow parish, West Lothian, Scotland ¹.)

"The Earl (of Linlithgow) died 1 February 1690, aged seventy-four years, and was buried in the church of Linlithgow. He married, first, 30 July 1650, Elizabeth Maule, second daughter of Patrick, first Earl of Panmure, and widow of John, second Earl of Kinghorn, by whom he had two sons and a daughter"
