Contract between Robert Lundie of Balgony [Balgonie] and Euphame Durie, his spouse, on the one part, and Richard Lundy [Lundie], brother of deceased Robert Lundy [Lundie] of Balgony, and Sara Weymes [Wemyss], his spouse, on the other, whereby said Richard already being infeft in lands of Innerlochtie [Inverlochty] alias Spittell [Spittal] by payment of 6000 merks, said Robert, on payment of a further 4000 merks, ratifies the previous alienation and renounces the clause of reversion, and binds himself to infeft said Richard and Sara anew."
