• Witnessed a reversion: by James Heriot of Trabroun to Alexander Forrester of Corstorphine, 14 May 1535, redeeming part of the lands of Langniddrie.

• Bailie to a sasine: in favour of John Fowlis, Burgess of Haddington, 26 March 1537, 1 acre of land on north side of Haddington.

Henry married Agnes INGLIS 'of Murdiestoun'. (Agnes INGLIS 'of Murdiestoun' was born about 1470.)
