  Research Notes:

FAMILY

This Stark family is speculative in the relationships assigned here. There were, according to Scottish Records of births, marriages and wills, not many Starks living in this area of Scotland as outlined in the Instrument of Sasine of 1553.

The locations named in the sasine centre in the parish and barony of Lenzie in the sheriffdom of Dumbarton, and these locations link the individuals grouped together here as a family.

For all the probability that the separate individuals are related to each other and until further evidence may be forthcoming, they should be treated with caution as actual relationships.

John married.
