Rachel married James DALGARNO Merchant and Bailie in Old Aberdeen, Chamberlain to the Earl Marischal, Jacobite 1715, son of Reverend Mr William DALGARNO Minister of St Fergus parish and Anna KEITH, on 7 January 1701 in Old Machar parish, Aberdeen, Scotland.^{1 2} (James DALGARNO Merchant and Bailie in Old Aberdeen, Chamberlain to the Earl Marischal, Jacobite 1715 was born about 1662 and died in September 1743 ⁵.)
