Margaret married Lewis INNES-FARQUHARSON of Ballogie and Balnacraig, son of Alexander FARQUHARSON 2nd of Auchendryne, then 10th of Inverey and 5th of Balmoral and Margaret ANDERSON 'of Greens'.¹ (Lewis INNES-FARQUHARSON of Ballogie and Balnacraig was born in 1763 ¹ and died on 27 September 1830 ¹.)

"Lewis Innes-Farquharson of Ballogie and Balnacraig was born in 1763. He was the son of Alexander Farquharson of Inverey and Balmoral and Margaret Anderson. He married Margaret McVeagh, daughter of Hugh McVeagh. He died on 27 September 1830.

He also had four daughters."

"Lewis Innes, or rather Lewis Farquharson Innes, married Margaret M'Veagh, who belonged to an Irish family which settled in Aberdeen-shire. He had a son, Lewis Farquharson Innes of Ballogie, and four daughters - Catharine, Eliza, Margaret, and Louisa. Catharine and Eliza died unmarried. Margaret married William Dominic Lynch, Esq., Devonshire Place, London, and was the mother of Mrs Chisholm of Glassburn. Louisa, as already mentioned, married Dr Luke Netterville Barren, and died without issue in 1880. Lewis Farquharson Innes, their brother, died unmarried, at the age of thirty years, in 1840."
