Catherine married Alexander George FRASER 7th Lord Saltoun of the Fraser line(16th Lord Saltoun, old numbering), son of Alexander FRASER 6th Lord Saltoun of the Fraser line, (15th Lord Saltoun, old numbering) and Margery FRASER 'of Ness Castle', on 6 March 1815.1 (Alexander George FRASER 7th Lord Saltoun of the Fraser line(16th Lord Saltoun, old numbering) was born on 22 April 1785 1 and died on 18 August 1853 1.). The cause of his death was dropsy.

"He (Alexander George Fraser) married, 6 March 1815, Catherine, natural daughter of the Lord Chancellor Thurlow, and was succeeded by his nephew, the son of William Fraser, third son of the fifteenth Lord Saltoun"
