Kinyeancleugh was seized with a fever soon after their arrival, and died at Rusco in a few days ; and Davidson included an account of the circumstances, beginning with a profession of his inability to tell the order of 'the princely house that we sawe there' with its retainers, in a commemorative poem, printed in black letter, now one of the rarities of the Scottish press. Lady Loudon died on 22 May 1607" |
