Anne married Robert SANDILANDS Advocate, son of John SANDILANDS 4th of Craibstone, later Merchant in London and Isobel BAILLIE, on 17 August 1765 in Cruden parish, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.¹ (Robert SANDILANDS Advocate was baptised on 23 December 1719 in Newhills parish, Aberdeenshire, Scotland ³ and died on 26 December 1774 in Aberdeen, Scotland ².)

Son of John Sandilands of Craibstone, and Isabella Baillie .... Married, second, Anne Kinnaird, heiress of Wester Draikies, Inverness-shire (died 1768, and interred in Gordon's Aisle, Old Machar, 4th November). Died at Aberdeen, 26th December, 1774, in his 54th year."
