"EPITAPHS OF LESLIES OF FINDRASSIE AT SPYNIE

On a flat stone in the Findrassie tomb is the following inscription : \emdash Here lyes Mrs. Margaret Leslie, aunt of Sir John Leslie of Findrassie and Wardes, Baronet. She departed this life at Findrassie House, on the 13th of May, 1811, aged 86; and this monument is placed here to her respected memory by direction of her nephew."
