Matilda married Sir Ninian SETON 3rd of Touch, son of Sir Alexander SETON 2nd of Touch and Elizabeth HOME.1 The marriage ended in annulled 26 august 1516. (Sir Ninian SETON 3rd of Touch was born about 1485 and died in May 1546 1.)

"Sir Ninian Seton, Kt, 3rd of Touch .... first married one Matilda Grahame, but on 26th Aug. 1516 the Consistorial Court of St. Andrews granted him a release on the ground that, before marrying Ninian she had had relations with William, Earl of Montrose who was related to Ninian within the fourth degree of con- sanguinity. By this marriage there was no issue."
